  •  Client development strategy: Work with the CRM Campaign Manager and CRM team to develop and implement a targeted CRM strategy and action plan.
  • Approach CRM campaigns: Plan, coordinate and execute the assigned targeted CRM campaigns in consultation with all parties involved and the omni-channel concept to ensure an implementation in accordance with the predefined KPIs. (eg. Email production & follow-up: from letter to sending via SalesForce Marketing Cloud) 
  • Analysis: Interpret and analyze internal and external information, assess its relevance to the organization and/or formulate recommendations regarding obstacles and possible developments, identify opportunities and risks in the assigned process/expertise area, so that an optimal knowledge of the relevant evolution can serve as a basis for solving specific cases, problems or questions.
  • Analysis & Reporting of implemented CRM Campaigns.

You will work for a well-known retailer with more than 15.000 employees!
  • At least 3 years of professional experience
    Professional experience in a customer-facing organization or position
  • Digital and/or e-commerce experience
  • CRM / database experience
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus
  • Written skills are a must: FR and/or NL
  • Coordination skills
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Analytical mind 
  • Project management
