Hi, do you see yourself being responsible for… 
  • Strategy and planning of the digital performance campaigns/ Managing 
  • the strategic approach, budget planning and operational follow-up, with a view to meeting commercial objectives.
  • SEA: Briefing, copy, coordination, optimization and reporting. You develop an annual plan tailored to the objectives to be achieved. You give keyword briefings to the agency, write the search ads, and direct the media agency for the implementation and optimization of the digital performance campaigns. You optimize ongoing campaigns at any time, for example using keywords site links analysis and quality scores, the identification of new keyword trends and A/B testing. You report monthly performance results to management and make recommendations to achieve the set objectives.
  • SEO: Advice and strategy You provide advice on SEO strategy, working closely with other internal departments that put it into practice (such as Digital Sales & IT). Your task mainly consists of keyword research and META tag optimization. You will also provide ad hoc technical support (redirect management, migrations,...) as well as recommendations to optimize agencies' visibility on Google.
  • Affiliate marketing: briefing, coordination, optimization and reporting You manage the affiliate campaigns together with the media agency and optimize in function of the outlined objectives. Together with the media agency, you are also responsible for reporting.
  • Reporting & dashboarding You take care of the reporting of the digital (performance) campaigns, and combine it with the media agency's findings in a global overview. Moreover, you can provide explanations in a clear and structured way.
  • Tagging & technical support You provide the tag sheets with the UTMs for all digital campaigns to the media agency, and you are the team's technical SPOC as regards tagging and reporting.

You might be the new Online Performance Specialist, with an important impact on the brand of a major financial player. 

Do you have/ are…
  • at least 5 years' experience in digital performance marketing (SEA, SEO, affiliate marketing, etc.), conversion optimization and reporting. You have experience in creating tag sheets.
  • results-oriented, have a can-do attitude when necessary, and tackle things pragmatically.
  • good social, commercial and analytical skills.
  • combine creativity with precision, conviction and decisiveness.
  • both organized and flexible and want to work in a highly dynamic environment.
  • stress-resistant.
  • a master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual Dutch-French and fluent in English
