You are responsible for collecting and analyzing data from the digital channels. You'll communicate your results to internal stakeholders (marketing, corporate, UX, HR, etc.) so that they can drive their digital initiatives and enable the organization to achieve its digital ambitions and thus optimally assist customers.

  • You manage our tag manager and ensure the setup of our tools: from the tagging plan to the technical implementation always respecting the regulations regarding the protection of privacy.
  • You collect, structure and ensure the quality of the data to be used.
  • You perform ad hoc analyses and create automated dashboards to deliver insights within the digital team and within the organization.
  • You communicate your results clearly and work to develop a 'data-driven culture' within the team.
  • You analyze customer journeys from their acquisition to their conversion.
  • You identify improvement opportunities and formulate proposals to increase conversion.

Experience
  • You have initial experience using tag management tools (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium, etc.) and analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Matomo, etc.).
  • You have knowledge of the technologies underlying websites and mobile applications (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, CDP, CRO, etc.).
  • You are able to extract and use data from different sources and platforms (structured or not).
  • You are able to perform exploratory analysis and solve data problems.
  • You are fluent in Dutch or French and English
  • It is a plus if you know how to translate data into understandable visuals and can build dashboards for other users (PowerBI, Google Data Studio, etc.).
