Hi, do you see yourself being responsible for…

 

  • Increasing attach rates for our smartbar services, delivery services, mobile phone subscriptions and accessories

  • Finding new actions to increase the traffic to our mobile subscription websites in Belgium and the Netherlands 

  • Doing A/B test in order to contribute to a better customer journey for our service offerings

  • Increasing our online market share by improving our telecom subscription focus for the online market 

  • Increasing the attach rate of accessories by setting up teamwork with our buying department

  •  Creating the strategy behind all our attach sales, including target setting and supported by improved reporting

  • Working with internal and external stakeholders such as e-commerce team, commercial manager telecom, our A/B testing team, buying teams, agencies and telecom team

Your mission will be to focus on optimizing the online customer journey to maximize visibility and sales of these services and accessories.

Do you have/are you…

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing management, commercial economy, business management, communication or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in online marketing or an  e-commerce environment

  • Strong communication skills and willing to learn

  • Tremendous organizational, time management and prioritization skills

  • Analytical with experience in B2C subscription based propositions is a must

  • Fluent in English and Dutch. French is a plus.
