Junior Category Manager

Hi, do you see yourself being responsible for…

• Increasing the availability of our assortment

• Conducting daily reportings on availability metrics per category

• Conducting daily analyses together with the Forecasting & Replenishment + the Assortment & Display departments

• Improving our online only assortment 

• Analyzing market figures and identify assortment opportunities

• Giving input and/or guiding commercial departments on potential new assortment (products, categories or brands)

• Increasing the share of sustainable products (BetterWay) in our assortment

• Lowering the share of old stock together with our online sales team 

• Making sure we have the right availability and assortment in order to execute our cross- & upsell strategy​

• The assortment and availability of 2 out of our 4 for the BENELUX

• Working with many internal stakeholders such as Forecasting & Replenishment, Assortment & Display and of course our Online Sales Coordinators

Your mission will be to participate in the implementation of our strategy to grow our Digital sales and market share. You are responsible to make sure we have the right articles, at the right time for our customers.

Do you have/are you…

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, commercial economy or equivalent

• 1-3 years experience in Ecommerce sales business or a similar retail experience

• Great analytical skillset and you understand the needs of the online consumer

• A pro-active and entrepreneurial mindset

• A team player with strong communication skills

• Fluent in English and Dutch. French is a plus.
