We all want to grow, day in, day out. We want to become better versions of ourselves and move forward every day, one step at a time. We don’t see the rapidly changing digital world as a threat, but rather as a challenge.
As an entrepreneur I have the ambition to do better and better. For NedWorks this means making the most of the existing potential and offering excellent service to our clients and candidates. Commitment is very important, if you give us this you can be sure that we will do everything we can to achieve the desired result.
As a Talent Scout, I know that every jar has a lid. Looking for that ideal jar or lid is a challenging, fascinating and rewarding trajectory. Not only do we have regular contact with our consultants, we also learn a lot about various sectors and markets. It is fantastic to get to know new people every day and to link our digital talents to the perfect assignment. As the youngest member of the team, I learn an incredible amount every day from my fantastic colleagues who guide me through the digital world.
My job is to listen carefully to our clients and the challenges they face. Only when it's clear, I can look for the right digital consultant in our extensive network that we have built up over the past few years. After all, every assignment is unique and there is nothing finer than the moment when the pieces of the puzzle fall together and the client and candidate find each other.
I started at NedWorks as a Project Consultant through Digital Masters Academy. 2 months later NedWorks offered me my first, permanent job as a Marketeer, fantastic! I get the opportunity to shape my own role and to develop myself both professionally and personally.
My mission is to constantly challenge the status quo. I am concerned with the growth of our team and company so that we can serve our customers better every day. At NedWorks we spend a lot of time putting you in a position where you can show your talent. You are given the freedom and confidence to pursue your gut feeling and to make mistakes. A culture in which I feel good.
As a Business Manager I am a listening to our customer and think along with them when there is a shortage of certain skills and how we can solve this in the short term. I feel at my best in a dynamic environment, a growth company like NedWorks with a team of motivated colleagues at my side can only motivate me extra. NedWorks meets these requirements 100%.
An analytical mind with a caring character infused with a sauce of sarcastic humour, the admin queen at NedWorks. I strive for the best solution for everyone without losing sight of the human side of the story. I love my job precisely because it gives me the opportunity to combine my two strongest points: the analytical in the accounting part of the job and the caring in the HR part.
Since 2012 I can call myself an entrepreneur. Helping people and businesses move forward lies in my nature. I strive to go to the heart of every situation in order to find the right approach and solution. My passion is optimizing human capital, both for our clients and within NedWorks.
After my studies I decided to start my career at NedWorks as a Talent Scout. From the beginning my personal growth stood central and I was welcomed with open arms. As a real 'people person', I strive to assist our candidates as well as possible when opportunities arise. When I can be a part of the candidates' growth path, I'm excited all day! Moreover, I am very curious about which digital journeys await us, so bring it on!
Triggered by human resources and digital marketing, I applied at NedWorks after my studies for the position as Talent Scout. My main motivation is to create the right match between candidate and client on a personal as well as a professional level. My task consists of connecting with digital talents on a daily basis in function of new challenges. And you know what? Networking is really my favorite activity! My enthusiasm as a Talent Scout can best be described as follows: "My job is to make people happy. And the people that I make happy, make me happy!" So, I was wondering ... what's your job?
"Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships."
That is my vision to real success. As a Talent Manager I look for the real need of both my candidates and clients. Only by actively listening and capturing the specific need I can offer them progress on a professional and digital level. All this of course with a sincere smile! At NedWorks I am surrounded by a close team with the right drive and positive mindset from which I can learn every day.
As Business Manager at NedWorks, I meet various companies from different sectors, each with their own digital maturity. It's fascinating to see the challenges these companies face in striving for growth. The better we understand their needs, the greater our added value in this growth process. This role energizes me; to see the dynamics released by successfully connecting and supporting all our partners (clients, consultants, talents) through a solution-oriented approach.
At NedWorks we believe strongly in valorizing your human capital. Together with our team of specialists, we offer solid people-focused solutions for companies in change. As Chief Strategy Officer it is my ambition to connect business, people and technology. I’m an intrapreneur with a background in strategy, sales and marketing. Before NedWorks I was active for companies such as Google, where I guided companies throughout their digital transformation, next to my role as education lead. I'm always in for a (virtual) coffee chat on how talent, technology and data are changing the world. Get in contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
May 2020, I decided to take a new turn in my career in the field of recruitment and digital marketing. My focus at NedWorks is on building strong partnerships with innovative organizations and assisting them in their digital talent development. I strive for the best results with a qualitative and respectful approach.
How my clients see me; thorough and decisive, always moving things forward with a profound understanding of the importance of ‘digital human capital’. How our consultants see me; genuinely interested in their professional and personal development, always in for a laugh and a good coffee, trying to match their objectives to the right projects. How my colleagues see me; A crazy workaholic who always runs in and out of meetings forgetting her phone, trying to squeeze 40h in one day. How I see myself; a dedicated, people-oriented person (with a little edge to it), who finds value in nurturing human interaction with a vast belief in creating business opportunities through long-lasting relationships.
