Bloovi Me has a new name and brand: NedWorks

NedWorks reinforces its position as the community for digital experts who want to actively further their own development.

 

Sint-Martens-Latem, 1 October 2019 – After more than seven years, the digital talent recruitment specialist has started a new chapter. The new name and brand, NedWorks, offers a clearer indication of the company’s mission: to connect and inspire the community of digital professionals, and to create opportunities together. Opportunities to overcome challenges and grow together.

Bloovi Me has a new name and brand: NedWorks

Bloovi Me was set up more than seven years ago, fuelled by a passion for recruiting and the digital world. Thanks to this unique combination it became a pioneer in Belgium. 

“Over these seven years, we have built up a strong reputation among job applicants and employers”, says Camille Meert, founder and Chief People Officer at NedWorks. “We have always seen the digital revolution as a cascade of opportunities. Together with Stephane Collignon, who joined as a partner in 2016, we made the most of these opportunities. We extended our services, for instance, to include project-based staffing, the Digital Master Academy, the digital assessment tool, etc. Thanks to these strategic choices, we secured a position as market leader and are able to boast a client list that includes a great many leading companies. But we are now ready for the next chapter in our development. The world is changing through digitalisation and we are changing with it.”

 

Digital Talent Agency

One of the driving forces behind this development is Reinier Jonker. Around a year and a half ago, he was recruited as COO to help shape the future of the company.

“We are proud of what the ‘Bloovi Me’ brand did for us”, explains Reinier. “However, it wasn’t sufficiently representative of the direction we want to take. So we went back to the drawing board. With NedWorks we not only have a new, powerful name with a young and international image. The name is also a perfect reflection of our decision to focus on the community of digital experts, on people who want to actively work on their own development. NedWorks is a Digital Talent Agency that helps digital experts to grow by offering relevant inspiration and career opportunities.”

 

 

Anything but traditional

For digital talent, NedWorks is no traditional recruitment agency. It offers companies a different approach. “NedWorks crosses the line between Digital and HR. Building up a successful digital team is not only about recruiting talented individuals. Programmes like employer branding, salary benchmarking and developing talent are crucial to success in this fast-moving digital revolution.
