  • for the visualization of the customer experience on various digital channels: website, mobile app, screens in the station, screens in trains, etc.
  • collaborating with the different Digital Product Managers to translate customer needs into top notch customer journeys;
  • working with the 'Customer Experience & Insights Experts' to test wireframes, interactive designs (or not) with customers;
  • on various aspects of the customer journey, informing and relaying decisions to the IT analysts for further implementation;
  • following up on new trends and technologies to see how they can add value to the digital channels 
  • leading different projects related to customer experience in a complex working environment with different stakeholders: customer information, marketing automation,...
  • You will report directly to the 'Digital Experience Manager'.

 Your profile
  • You have at least a master's degree (or equivalent through experience). 
  • Must: You speak fluent Dutch. You have a good knowledge of French. 
  • You have min. 3 yrs of relevant experience.
  • ​The Adobe CC suite has no secrets for you: Photoshop, XD,...
  • You feel comfortable both in a mobile first environment and in a desktop environment.
  • You have a passion for UX and stay abreast of the latest trends and good practices in the world of websites and digital in general.
  • You easily translate results of UX customer surveys and developer comments into concrete visuals and wireframes.
  • You organize and lead design workshops if needed.
  • You place the customer at the center of all your decisions and are results-oriented.
  • You are communicative (both verbally and in writing).
  • You are creative, but organized and precise, and have an eye for detail.
  • You are of the principle: "the form serves the function" and not vice versa.
  • You work in a team, but are also able to work independently.
  • You take initiatives, while remaining pragmatic.
  • You have no 9 to 5 mentality, you are flexible.
  • Knowledge of best practices for an accessible website and knowledge of Invision or Figma are pluses.
