Hi, do you see yourself being responsible for...
  • Using research and tools to extract data and provide in-depth understanding of business, target audiences and wider competitive landscape.
  • Segmenting high value target audiences and discovering key tension points and insights that the brand can connect with.
  • Designing, creating and conducting qualitative and quantitative research for insight generation (Social Listening, Interviews, Consumer Surveys, etc.)
  • Working with their research and analytical partner agencies to develop and implement data driven, strategic solutions.
  • Federating internal client teams in hands-on work  sessions to collaboratively deliver strong recommendations(years plans, big briefs,).
  • Acting as internal consultant to planning teams in translating media strategies into actionable and innovative campaigns.
  • Ensuring a full understanding of our products and proprietary tools, and following up on technology trends to  embed them in their solutions to brand challenges.
  • Presenting complex data analysis in simple, powerful narratives with strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Building thought leadership on topics relevant to our key clients and agency (adtech, strat trends and KPI setting)
  • Contributing to consultancy projects.

Do you have…
  • A proven track record in strategic media challenges and results.
  • Strong knowledge of boh  brand building media and digital performance marketing.
  • 10+ years in an integrated role in a media , creative, innovation or multiple communications discipline with digital focus and challenges (e.g. digital, content, invention, social, activation,...)
  • Client minded and sincere interest in their brands and their business challenges
  • Out of the box thinker
  • Patient, stress resistant and resilient
  • Flexibility and the ability to establish priorities and manage multiple projects to completion under tight deadlines are required.
  • French, Dutch and English don’t have much secrets for you.
  • A true team player, coach, mentor and proactive communicator is what they need.
