Do you see yourself being responsible for… 
  • the development of the online marketing competence across channels and platforms such as: e-commerce, apps & services
  • Once you have set it up, you and your team will deal with the day-to-day online marketing projects, campaigns and operations (funnel, channel mix...) and coach the team to the best results.

  • shaping the online marketing competence of the client and the
    online marketing landscape
  •  building up the online marketing strategy and discipline (further) from scratch and step by step (SEO/SEA, App
    marketing, Email (automation) and CRM, AB testing, UX, social, content and graphic support)
  • determining the technological choices from the start, attracting the right experts from outside the company, agencies and internal employees
  • Once set up, you will 1/. lead the day-to-day online marketing operations and 2/. you steer the team:
    o Together with your T-shaped marketeers, you shape and direct the campaigns, (strategic) projects & marketing initiatives and systematically build on the best practices.
    o You draw up the various online customer journeys across the channels/platforms and ensure consistency in doing so.
    o You have an eye for the company objectives and continuously adjust the mix & marketing funnel.
    o You seize upon data and always have the KPI's of your marketing efforts in mind, such as in mind, such as: ROI / ROAS and make adjustments based on analysis and insight
    o You coach your team, share your know-how with them, train them (externally/internally)... and ensure the necessary 'schwung' in the team.

They are looking for a " Senior Online Marketeer"!

Have you/ are you…
  • combine a Master's degree in (digital) marketing with about 6 years of relevant work experience in a digital marketing role, with a first team coaching experience.
  •  a real T-shaped digital marketeer with a broad background and you combine your broad experience with strong project management skills
  • strong operational and strategical + people management skills
  • experience in and know the (technical) ins/outs of customer journey mapping, marketing automation, digital marketing campaign management (SEO, Paid, ...), budget management ... At the same time, you have an understanding of disciplines such as UX, design, A|B testing, tracking and social media. In addition, you are aware of good content
  • are known for your hunger for (new) knowledge and your unbridled eagerness to learn and brush up on it. Your perseverance, your pragmatic and enterprising hands-on approach characterize you
