  • Keeping our clients for a longer period (churn & activation)
  • Making them so happy that they buy more from us (up-selling, cross-selling)
  • Getting the full picture of the customer journey by deep diving into analytics software, products, delivery experience, ... to understand important drivers
  • Crunching excels and data in all possible ways to identify trends or anomalies
  • Defining actions and strategies to act on key churn drivers & average basket development
  • Running weekly sprints with your team (data analyst, customer service champions, developer, product manager) and implement ideas in an agile and data driven way (eg: implementing A/B tests)
  • Implementing ideas by working with everyone in the organisation involved
  • Keeping your dashboard clean and green to quantify the value you're bringing

Our client is a fresh, natural & tailor-made dog food delivered at home. They are looking for a French speaking Retention & Revenue Manager to join their marketing team. In this role you will  be the owner of the Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) metric.

Do you have…
  • Master's degree or comparable experience in Marketing or Business Management
  • 3 to 5 years experience digital marketing (growth hacking or retention)
  • Experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, Customer Experience Management in a SAAS or Direct to Consumer company is a big plus
  • Strong reporting skills and attention to details
  • A very curious mindset and an innate interest in learning more in general
  • French and English
