  • Ensuring daily account management.
  • Pro-actively communicate with clients regarding latest developments and products. 
  • Supporting agencies in their client management.
  • Ensuring correct and relevant client presentations and supporting business development opportunities.
  • Implementing, executing and guiding campaigns through their entire lifecycle, together with our remote colleagues. 
  • Leveraging data and insights from multiple platforms and planning/forecasting tools within DSPs to inform campaign recommendations, budgets, bid strategies, and performance waterfalls.
  • Understanding how to translate media objectives and strategies into programmatic campaign recommendations and strategies across multiple platforms (video, display, rich media, native, audio).
  • Generating reports on a regular basis, ensuring proper campaign delivery and performance by analyzing campaign data and optimization towards maximum performance.
  • Analysing reports and gathering insights and lessons learned.
  • Bieing the thought leader in digital media optimization.
  • Strategy and in-depth reporting of campaign results to clients. 
  • Keeping an overview of client investment by keeping an impeccable administration.
  • Constructive collaboration within and cross department in gathering and sharing information on latest evolutions, clients and campaigns.
  • Working hand in hand with the Programmatic Supervisors and Head of Programmatic, as well as Client Advisors and Direct Campaign Managers in order to maximize the client strategy regarding programmatic.

 Do you have…
  • At least 2+ years of digital media experience (display, video, social, search or trading).
  • Knowledge of Programmatic Buying, scheduling tools and trends across DSP’s.
  • Relevant constructive client management and support experience (contact & presentation).
  • Pro-active actionable person : think, propose & do.
  • Problem solving attitude.
  • High quality standards: strong analytical and result-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and qualitative skills with the ability to understand complex systems and processes.
  • Stress resistant and able to prioritize.
  • Empathic qualities : Knows how to deal with a variety of people and clients under stress.
  • Independent in work organization and collaboration with other people.
  • Excellent Excel, Powerpoint & other technical skills & tool use.
  • True team player because that is what we are. 
  • Trilingualism is the cherry on the cake (NL/FR/ENG).
