Hi, do you see yourself being responsible for…

• Defining clear targets on sales, inhouse share, margin and AOV in collaboration with your colleagues from the category departments 

• Setting up new commercial campaigns and initiatives

• Upgrading the quality of our promotions​

• Increasing the margin per order

• The cross-selling and up selling strategy​ for our services and accessories

• Expanding the share of our in store pick-up

• Working on lowering the share of old stock

• 2 out of 4 major categories for the Benelux

• Working with many internal stakeholders, such as:  Buying, Supply Chain, Service & Solutions, Controlling, Customer Care and our store

• Managing and coaching a team of 3-5 people that take care of the different components of the online sales business

Do you have/are you…
 

• a Bachelor’s degree in business management, commercial economy or equivalent

• 3-5 years experience in Ecommerce sales business or a similar experience

•  A Commercial mindset

• Results driven

• A pro-active and entrepreneurial mindset

• A team player and have strong stakeholder management skills

• Management experience with a team of 4 people

• Strong communication skills and willing to learn

• Great organizational, analytical and prioritization skills

• Fluent in English and Dutch. French is a plus

• Willing to work over 50% of the time in Rotterdam
