Hi, do you see yourself being responsible for...

  • optimizing the conversion rate of the various website funnels (booking, quotation, retail) and landing pages with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction and sales.
  • ensuring that the A/B tests and user tests are planned, tested, analyzed and rolled out (together with an agency).
  • the website management - you are the go-to person for the website. You have the functional ownership and management (functional, technical, timings, content, ...) of the different web environments (glass, bodywork, B2B, B2C...) in your hands.
  • ensuring that this platform remains stable, fast and state-of-the-art in order to guarantee business continuity.
  • coordinating the monthly releases in collaboration with the web agency, act as an internal spokesperson for questions relating to the websites and ensure that communication campaigns are translated on the website/ monitoring, correcting and optimizing the platforms (functional, speed, mobile, etc.).
  • managing the web reporting figures, dashboards, events, goals & settings so that you can analyse and interpret them on a daily basis.
  • project management - If larger changes or integrations need to be made, you can pick this up as a web project. You help to devise the scope, can translate the needs into features and can draw up a schedule. You take care of this and are responsible for a neat delivery.

Our client, a specialist in car glass repair and replacement, is looking for a CRO/ Web Analyst to join the digital team.

Do you have/ are you…

  • digitally educated -preferably studied digital marketing, marketing or IT and have 3 to 5 years of experience or more.
  • obtained the necessary certificates of Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager and have knowledge of conversion optimization psychology, UX and agile project management.
  • familiar with the term like CRO, UX, CMS, SEO, Backlog, Sprints, Web Core Vital, first-party cookies are familiar to you and part of your lingo.  
  • Motivated by data, optimizing and getting results
  • a strong data-driven and analytical mindset. You can quickly interpret data, pull analyses out of your hat 
  • an enthusiastic communicator - you will be part of a great team, where we work together a lot and where every function depends on each other. We also expect smooth cooperation with a number of external agencies. You communicate transparently, proactively and positively to achieve results together.
  • good communication skills in Dutch and English. In addition, you can understand, read and speak a basic French.
