As a NedWorks Industry Business Manager you will focus on clients within a given industry. Through in-depth industry understanding you will provide tailored talent solutions for sales & marketing teams via a variety of NedWorks’ services including business strategy, staffing and training & coaching of digital skills and competences. 
The job of Industry Business Manager is a healthy mix of uncovering and nurturing new and existing business customer relationships. Working closely together with the Industry Sales Lead and the talent delivery team, you will develop people solutions that are customized to your clients needs. 
Due to your passion for people, digital media & deep commercial knowledge you'll own the relationships with clients in your specific vertical, targeting, educating and developing new clients to grow the business. This means you have excellent client-servicing and relationship skills along with the entrepreneurial drive to approach and inspire new and existing customers with large, multi faceted HR propositions. To do so you show strong presentation and communication skills, guiding your clients throughout the whole process. 

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, staffing and/or consulting. Preferably in an IT, Digital and/or HR context
  • Ability to speak and write in French fluently and idiomatically. A strong understanding of English. Dutch is a plus 
  • Ability to communicate at a Trilingual level (French, Dutch and English)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer and relationship management in Human Resources for marketing, media and ICT
  • Experience participating in digital transformation programs for clients either as a business consultant or at client-side
  • Ability to translate business challenges to people solutions
  • Ability to meet and exceed strategic goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to engage and build long lasting relationships with C-level and business leaders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • manage and develop a portfolio of clients within allocated industries while identifying and promoting the best opportunities for your clients.
  • actively build, manage and steer a talentpool of freelancers with a strong focus on talent-satisfaction, career planning and industry/client insights.
  • Inspire and coach your tandem of talent managers and talent scouts
  • Own and manage day-to-day processes across staffing, training and HR strategy including relationship management, status updates, ad hoc requests from clients, freelancers and partners
  • Achieve business facing metrics across your account portfolio, utilizing business rigor and consultative selling to attain targets.
  • Develop forward thinking, people-centric solutions and recommendations that align with client goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch to clients.
  • Execute and operate as well as utilize project management abilities. Be resourceful to problem solve and own the solution.
  • Be a thought leader within your vertical by attending, participating and organizing industry events with key stakeholders & organisations within your vertical.
