  • Detecting clients’ needs regarding any communication, business and media issue and anticipate it.
  • Understanding the clients’ needs and expectations and translating briefings into actionable solutions.
  • Managing the day-to-day planning and implementation activities for a group of clients/brands and adapt when required.
  • Working closely with the experts and respecting processes in order to design strategic and tactical plans but also maximize synergies for the clients.
  • Managing challenges and seeking solutions with the team.
  • Timely and accurate information sharing to all parties involved in order to optimize the business.
  • Ensuring alignment with other departments.
  • Ensuring proactive business partnering, insights sharing and reporting to the client, and staying up to date with the latest trends.
  • Maintaining and further developing client relations in order to increase clients’ loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Following up on client satisfaction and putting action plans in place.
  • Participating in pitch processes.
  • Responsible for an efficient budget administration of the client in order to achieve optimal and qualitative marketing campaigns within time and budget, and linked with the profitability of the company.
  • Verifying, controlling and monitoring all authorizations and client budgets during the execution of the digital plan.
  • Monitoring client billing and resolving any related issues.
