With the app Todoist you can smoothly sail through your to-do list on any given day. Compared to other digital task managers, the Todoist interface is one of the easiest and most intuitive ones out there. You will not get distracted by advertisements and even the most complex tasks are added with just a few smart shortcuts. You can use it both online and offline. And it synchronizes all devices on which you install the app. 

In addition, Todoist identifies tasks based on priority or category. Instead of randomly starting a task, you now know exactly which task needs your time and attention. Each list can be edited with color codes and urgency. The app even tracks your productivity stats. Addictive!

Time to relax, you may now enjoy a 5-minute break. If this is your fourth pomodore, you even get a 25-minute break. Once you feel relaxed and energised, you can start all over again. Keep going until there are no more tasks on your list, or until you have clocked enough hours for the day.



Are you looking for a free time tracking system? Then we highly recommend Toggl. You can run a timer for each task or break that will register exactly how much time you spent on what throughout the day. It is easy to use and offers plenty of free services. Moreover, the app feels quite intuitive when you want to track a project. 

Free members do not have the ability to collaborate and have limited access to reporting tools. These limitations aside, Toggle is the go-to app if you're looking for a free, reliable and straightforward tool that will help you track your projects.
